Who we are
The data controller is Greenchance di Jacopo Doria. For any request about your personal data, write to privacy@greenchance.it.
What data we collect
Only what you choose to give us to receive the newsletter: email address, chosen language and frequency, signup and confirmation dates. We don’t ask for your name, we don’t build profiles, and we don’t use advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
To send you the Worldays newsletter, in the language and at the frequency you choose. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given when you subscribe (Article 6.1.a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
How subscribing works
We use double opt-in: after you sign up, we send you an email with a confirmation link. Until you confirm, the subscription stays inactive and is automatically deleted after 7 days if unconfirmed.
Who processes data on our behalf
We rely on Resend (sending emails, infrastructure in the EU/Ireland region) and Netsons (hosting the site and the data). No one else receives your data. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as your subscription stays active. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to us: cancelling removes everything we hold about you, since we don’t keep anything else.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Search engines
We use Google Search Console to understand how the site is indexed and found. It installs nothing on the site and collects no visitor data: it only shows aggregated statistics, on Google’s side, about how Worldays appears in search results.
